Stefan Baltov is an absolutely unconventional artist with a very unusual attitude to the forms. Mystical and symbolic, he seeks and displays the invisible and the illusory, and many of his paintings are like magic sessions with ordinary names and extraordinary impact. The artist creates a strange and fantastic world in which the viewers either enter immediately and are involved or they remain unattended outside. His painting definitely has the spiritual power of a romantic and mystical experience that would be like sinking into the irrational depths of the artist’s fantasy, in which there is much light as well.
