Saturday, June 14 – Sunday, June 15, from 8:30 p.m.
Ancient Theater
The festival will kick off on June 14 with performances by Ice MC and Fun Factory. The British hip-hop and eurodance artist Ice MC, known for hits like "Take Away the Colour," "Think About the Way," and especially "It's a Rainy Day," became famous as a pioneer in blending eurodance with rapping in the raggamuffin style and female backing vocals. With their explosive combination of pop, dance, rap, techno, and reggae elements, the group Fun Factory dominated the charts in the '90s and influenced an entire generation. Fun Factory has sold over 7 million singles and albums worldwide.
The second evening, June 15, will continue with performances by Fab Morvan/Milli Vanilli and Haddaway. Fab Morvan is a French singer, dancer, rapper, and model, part of the pop duo Milli Vanilli, alongside Rob Pilatus. Haddaway is a eurodance/house musician. Haddaway’s biggest hit, "What Is Love," became incredibly popular, topping the charts for weeks in 13 countries across Europe, North America, and Australia after its release in 1993. "What Is Love" has been remixed and re-released numerous times.
