Biser Damyanov - Exhibition of Paintings and Drawings

Prof. Biser Damyanov will celebrate his 70th anniversary with an exhibition of paintings and drawings on 25 March at 6 pm. The celebration will also be marked with a special luxury album.
Prof. Dr. Bisser Damyanov is an artist (graphic designer, painter, illustrator and book designer, graphic designer) and university lecturer in fine arts. He was born in 1955 in Plovdiv. In 1982 he graduated from the National Academy of Arts - Sofia, majoring in Graphic Art under prof. He studied graphic art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia, graduated in Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia, with the degree in Graphic Art, Prof. Petar Chuklev.
During his long university career he taught various courses in the field of art theory and fine art education. Author of numerous publications in the field - 11 monographs, over 70 scientific articles and studies published in journals and collections. Co-author of a number of textbooks and manuals on fine arts.
Over the years Biser Damyanov has combined his active academic performances and in-depth scientific research with serious creative activity. Since 1982 he has participated in general exhibitions in the country and in representative exhibitions of contemporary Bulgarian art in Europe.
