In partnership with the Ivan Vazov Language School.
Not so long ago, Martin Kasabov graduated from the Ivan Vazov Language School (Italian language class). You may have come across Martin Kasabov's name along with his movie reviews for "Operation Cinema" or his texts for books published in "Culture" Magazine. Martin works as a bookkeeper, where he continues to find inspirations in literary history from all past eras. "When the Giants Walked the Earth" is his debut book, with which the author hopes to surprise and amuse readers, beginning a beautiful friendship between a young writer and his audience.

We draw attention to an important topic for education, namely the place and role of humanitarian education in the modern world. The initiative is at the St. St. Cyril and Methodius Hign School - to compile and publish a collection of articles "The Humanitarian Spirit" (ideas shared at the Round Table, held at St. St. Cyril and Methodius Hign School, Plovdiv, March 23, 2019). The publication of the book is in partnership with the "Janet 45" publishing house and aims to gather different perspectives, to seek discussion and followers who value humanitarian education.

The "Young Plovdiv reads" is part of the program of the Literary Festival "Plovdiv reads" of the Calendar of cultural events of the Municipality of Plovdiv for 2020.

Workshops for writing prose, poetry and cultural events will be held this spring as part of Young Plovdiv Reads. Last year, more than 100 people participated in the trainings.

Events can be tracked at http://plovdivchete.com. Where interest is expressed by an educational institution or an informal group, events take place at the appropriate time.

Meanwhile, the Plovdiv Read 2020 Festival Program adopts and reviews proposals for hosting various events in June: readings, book presentations, discussions, exhibitions and other literary events that qualitatively represent trends in the world books. The invitation is open until February 22 - APPLICATION.
