Pursuant to the order of the Minister of Health RD-01-117 of 08.03.2020, regarding the prevention of the distribution of COVID-19, the Regional Archaeological Museum - Plovdiv announces the following:
- All mass events in the museum building, including organized student and tourist visits, as well as the "Archeology for all" initiative, are canceled and suspended.

From Apri 2019, the Regional Archaeological Museum - Plovdiv, launches its free tours titled "Archaeology for all".
The guided tours are a journey through history, culture, archeology of Plovdiv and the Plovdiv region; a story about the treasures that are stored in the museum's funds and archives; about the little-known or unknown artefacts from our past and an accessible guide in the past of our town and the museum as one of the bearers and guardians of our cultural and historical heritage and memory.
We start in one of the best months of the year - march, and the first theme will be in honor of International Women's Day.

28.03. - The glass over the centuries
Tours will take place every Saturday from 10:30. After purchasing a regular ticket, everyone will be able to join the guides and hear their narrative about little known artefacts from the Museum's exposition. Working language is Bulgarian, the tour is appropriate for every audience and it will last approximately half an hour.
