"Kapana" district - Plovdiv

 

"Summer in Kapana" invites Plovdiv residents and guests to the next curious event with free admission. The organizer is again "The Library for Ideas and Events". The initiative is implemented with the financial support of the Municipality of Plovdiv and is part of the Cultural Calendar of the city for 2020.

On Tuesday, July 14, a hanging photo exhibition entitled "Plovdiv for Dreamers" by Georgi Ivanov will be presented. The place is Abadjiyska Street, next to Sandak Whiskey Bar. The starting time is 20.00 h. (8 pm).

By education, Georgi is a graphic designer, but by vocation he is a visual artist. He skillfully combines photography, photo manipulation and digital painting, recreating in a new and different way well-known and popular places in the city on the hills, and more.

Georgi Ivanov is a man who does not recognize the limitations that reality imposes on him. Having found his own way to recreate dreams, feelings and hopes, he often says of himself that he is a professional dreamer.

Everyone present will be able to take part in the raffle and thus win a shot from the exhibition.
