Butterfly Festival in Autumn

The Regional Natural History Museum is organizing a two-day butterfly festival on September 18 and 19 from 11:00 to 16:00 h.

On both days of the event, visitors to the museum will be able to see the exhibition of children's drawings from the competition "The Magic World of Butterflies - Metamorphosis", which was held in March in quarantine.

18/09/2020 (Friday)
11:00 - 16:30 - Observation of a butterfly wing under a microscope
11:00 - 14:00 - Drawing children's faces on the theme "Butterfly extravaganza"
11: 00-14:00 - Atelier for coloring, arranging puzzles and making butterfly souvenirs
14: 00-15:00 - Presentation on the life of butterflies, a quiz with prizes and the premiere of the first episode of "Quail Daily" - "Land of Butterflies"
15: 00-16:30 - Butterfly workshop "Prepare yourself!"

19.09.2020 (Saturday)
11:00 - 16:00 - Observation of a butterfly wing under a microscope

Classes during the festival do not provide for additional payment, but access to them will be provided for the purchase of a ticket to visit the museum's exhibition. Visits to the Tropic Hall with live butterflies will also be carried out with tickets at the announced prices. All activities will require a distance of at least 1.5 meters and all visitors are required to wear masks.
