Feel welcome to the opening of the exhibition “Romance from the Memory Box” at Regional Ethnographic Museum – Plovdiv on September 11th, 2015 in 18:30. The Plovdiv artist Georgi Terziev is the author of the picturesque paintings illustrating love stories of a century ago. The precious stones provided by national museum “Earth and the People” and a private collector, are miraculous and symbolize different aspects of love.

This night you can live a wedding romance dressed as bride and groom and to fix the moment in a retro-photo. You can pick a love fortune or write your message to a loved one. The most interesting messages will be published on the facebook page of the Museum. Here you can learn love stories of some famous Bulgarians who have linked their lives with Plovdiv.

The exhibition has multimedia part where you can hear some of the most heartfelt Plovdiv love stories. Those are a contribution of the students from Ethnology department at Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”. They will surprise us with a short film on an almost century long love.
