On May 30, 2017 at 6 pm, a painting exhibition will be opened at the Vazrazdane Gallery
"The Bulgarian Syndrome" by Ivailo Dimitrov. After the very successful first two exhibitions, the author has prepared, especially for his third exhibition, in the gallery a new collection of paintings in his characteristic style. The exhibition will continue until 19.06.2017.

Ivaylo Dimitrov is an artist who graduated schedule but who is actually engaged in painting. His graphical culture is a prerequisite for his wonderful art skills. The rest is his picturesque talent and spirit. The plots and the stories that he recreates on canvas come from a time somehow lost and forgotten by us. All this time of simple everyday routines, already gone, but served by the author with a very light humor and a smile on the human nature, tradition and adventures. The author has a very accurate sense of caricature which creates a series of Bulgarian, folk characters, caught by him  in all kinds of life situations where the ridiculous crosses with the tragic, the beautiful with the ugly, the trivial with the extraordinary. 
    In most cases this is the laughter, with which the author gives the viewers, that outweighs.
