The International Collectors Fair BULCOLLECTO was launched in 2010. The event is unique for Bulgaria and aims to show the development of a hobby into an activity enriching knowledge. Collecting is not only a passion, but also a serious business, which is yet to develop in Bulgaria. BULCOLLECTO was created in partnership with the Union of Bulgarian Philatelists. 2014 will witness the fifth edition of the event. 

The event will take place in pavilion №7  of the international fair Plovdiv
