One design week is a platform which supports the development of the professional designers in Bulgaria. The purpose of the event is to introduce and promote firm and valuable practices for better and more sensible visual surroundings from all around the world.
Among the lecturers in the forum are: the designer Yan Wilker from the studio “karlssonwilker”; Yuri Suzuki- a sound artist, designer and electronic musician; Hatla Helgadotir- a manager of the Design Center in Iceland; Adam Lederer from the company for video games “thatgamecompany”; the Belgian artist Frederik de Vilde exploring the borders between the science, the technology and the art; the American painter and explorer Addy Vadenkneht; the digital artist and explorer Carl- Johan Rosen; and also Karolin Offor and Elody Mondre from the French graphic design studio Acme Paris.
