On 26th April 2016 at 6 pm an exhibition of paintings “ Fog over Sir Market ” by Stephan Baltov will be open at the Vazrazdane Gallery. The exhibition will be available until 16th May 2016.

The author is an amazing master of technique sfumato. Rather is its ruler. Sfumato, in general, it is a picturesque mysterious phenomenon, but Baltov exhibits and other properties. In his landscapes, it creates mysteries veils excess justifies the mysteries of space, making it habitable for spirits and inhabit a nonhuman life. Measure a single figure from fairy tale and it becomes even more bizarre. The tones are softly muted, space is electrified with poetic ecstasy and time has lost its influence. Shy light of a single street lamp is more of a gesture of reconciliation with the dark and stealthy attempt to love balance between light and darkness. The landscapes are swallowed everything specifically to stay imaginary in one sweet and unattainable in life timelessness.
