The competition is for authors till 45 years old.

The contest for poetry "Dobromir Tonev" is anonymous, theme - free. Each participant may submit one to three of his poems. Applying is  only with  works that are not published in print or online editions at the time of the announcement, and that the applicant has not participated in similar competitions.
Those who wish should send their works to October 1, 2016 inclusive, at: Plovdiv 4000  "Stefan Stambolov" № 1  Square, Plovdiv Municipality to contest for poetry "Dobromir Tonev." (Valid date of postmark on the envelope.)

The works should be placed in a large envelope, containing respectively:
• poems (unsigned), printed in triplicate;
• smaller unlabeled sealed envelope containing the personal data of the participant: full name, date of birth, email and phone contact, a brief biography and titles of poems in which it participates. If some of the works are untitled, instead of title fits the first line of work.
The pictures and the data from the small envelope must be written on a computer. Applicants who have not complied with the above conditions will not be allowed to participate.
