The Tourism Council of Plovdiv invites you to take part in a new project that shows you the magic of the oldest lively city in Europe on 8, 9 and 10 March 2019. You have the opportunity to spend an unusual weekend full of memorable emotions in Plovdiv. 
Every visitor can buy his special bracelet from the participating places in the event and enjoy the history and cultural life of the European Capital of Culture for 2019 - Plovdiv, to visit concerts, shows, museums and galleries, taste the specialties in the restaurants, relax and spend some nights in a hotel. The bracelet gives you the right to visit the places and use their attractive discounts listed in the brochure of the event. Visitors can take advantage of the additional services of each participant in the event - SPA and Relax Centers, swimming pools, fitness centers, restaurants and more, as well as receive promotional cards or vouchers. Volunteers from universities and schools in the city will help visitors with information.

On an official dinner on March 12 (Tuesday) in “Trakart” cultural centre-museum  will be announced and distributed to the audience for "The Most Hospitable Hotel, Restaurant, Cultural Institution" based on the results of the online poll. They will appreciate where they are most warmly welcomed, where they felt most comfortable, what impressed them most among the sites they visited. 
"Weekend in Plovdiv" festival is a unique event, which will take place for the second time on the territory of Bulgaria and is an occasion for many visitors to become part of the magic of Eternal Plovdiv. The event is organized by the Council of Tourism - Plovdiv in active cooperation with the University of Food Technologies - Plovdiv, OI "Old Plovdiv", RIM, REM, Sol Communications EOOD, vocational high schools and higher education institutions.
