The Ensemble "Bulgare" presents "The Customs of Bulgaria" at the Ancient Theater in Plovdiv

After a long lull in the pandemic situation, the National Folklore Ensemble "BULGARE" invites you to immerse in the amazing world of Bulgarian traditions! On the eve of Independence Day, Monday, September 20, at 8.30 pm, the stage of the Ancient Theater in Plovdiv will be conquered by "THE CUSTOMS OF BULGARIA" - a long-conceived creative idea, implemented in an extraordinary way.

In the performance, the choreographer Hristo Dimitrov, already in the role of narrator, and the wonderful dancers from his famous ensemble present the most beautiful holidays and customs that our people have created and preserved over the centuries. Amazing stories, unique costumes and captivating rhythms of impressive choreography will come to life in ancient customs from different parts of our country.

The project was implemented with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture. The Plovdiv audience is among the first to experience the new production of "BULGARE".
