On 20.01.2022 at 09:43 we received the following message from the organizer of WHERE ARE MY CHILDREN'S BOOKS, State Opera - Plovdiv:
"The show" WHERE ARE MY CHILDREN'S BOOKS" is postponed for March 6!
Dear viewers, with care and responsibility for the health of dozens of children artists participating in the show "WHERE ARE MY CHILDREN'S BOOKS" on 22.01, Opera Plovdiv decided to postpone it for 6.03 from 17 hours, when we hope the epidemic situation will be significantly more calm! Thank you for your understanding!
FOR THE PURCHASED TICKETS:
1. They can use the tickets for the new date March 6 WITHOUT the need for additional revalidation!
2. They can use the tickets for the children's ballet "Chipollino" on 23.01 from 11 am - re-certification for new seats on the spot before the performance!
3. They can return the tickets at the box office from which they bought them, until 28.01. Those who buy tickets online should contact the Eventim operator

Ticket return procedure:
The amounts for the tickets purchased through the partner network of Eventim.bg are refunded by the specific site from which they were purchased.
Tickets purchased from the Cantus Firmus box office in Bulgaria Hall, Stefani Reklama Ruse (Ani Ticket Center), Smart Media Team (Ruse Week) and Music Center Plovdiv are returned to the address - Sofia, 58 6th of September Str. a bank account to which the amount will be refunded, together with the name of the account holder and a contact telephone number.
In case the tickets are purchased from the Eventim BG website:
- by credit card - they must be sent to the central office of Eventim BG - Sofia, 58 6th of September Str. and within 7 working days the amount of the credit card with which they were purchased will be refunded. Tickets purchased with the print @ home and eticket option are returned by email to [email protected]
- by cash on delivery or by bank transfer - fans must return their tickets by mail to the address - Sofia, 58 6th of September Str. with a bank account to be refunded, together with the name of the account holder and contact phone.
