Puccini's music tells the story of the young geisha Cho Cho San, who renounces her religion and leaves her family to marry the American naval lieutenant Pinkerton. The longing for change is triggered by a cinematic apparatus on which she sees footage of America, a Charlie Chaplin film, shots of actresses, beautiful women, couples in love and children... "The Big Dream requires the freedom to choose it and let It transform you. And this only happens in the pursuit of it, i.e. in the ACTION to realize it and in the FAITH that it will change your life", says director Nina Naydenova.
