Plovdiv Municipality and the Dance Formation The Cocks invite Plovdiv citizens to a very emotional, energizing and attractive performance, which bears the title "Touching the Dream with the participation of the Dance Formation The Cocks.

Special guest in Plovdiv will be the actress Sylvia Petkova.

Georgi Dimitrov - the founder of the unique for Bulgaria dance formation of children from homes and children from families - "The Cocks", on whose autobiographical book the performance "To Touch the Dream" is based, will also participate. The premiere was in the summer of 2019 in the Summer Theatre of Burgas, where the audience cried and enjoyed the true stories, transformed into a dance show.

Georgi Dimitrov will present his personal story in Plovdiv. Dare to be happy! This is a performance telling what it is to be caressed, to feel loved, to have someone care about you. In the project are woven the stories of Georgi Dimitrov, who grew up in the home "Kojakafaliyata" in Burgas, telling that it is important to live your own life so that you have something to tell and not be ashamed of what you tell. For that love that gives you the green light to be what you want to be!

The Cocks Association is a long-standing partner in a number of initiatives related to supporting children who have grown up in social institutions. The performance features alumni of the institutions who have been part of the dance formation since its inception. Since its inception, the formation has performed over 300 solo concerts in Bulgaria and abroad and has won numerous national and international awards.
