On November 1, 2022 - Day of the National Awakeners, the Regional History Museum - Plovdiv will be open with its 4 expositions. Our special initiative will be the exhibition Beyond the Earth's Gravity, which is a joint initiative of the Regional History Museum - Plovdiv and the History Museum - Omurtag. The exhibition will be opened at the opening ceremony of the Museum, which will take place at 1 Suedinenie street at 18:00. The exhibition will remain arranged until January 30, 2023 and visitors will be able to see the spacesuit of the second Bulgarian cosmonaut - Alexander Alexandrov, a model of an artificial orbital satellite and more interesting photo and documentary materials reflecting curious moments from the space history of Bulgaria.
