On 28 October 2022, the next concert of the Musical Matinee in the Library will take place at the Ivan Vazov National Library in Plovdiv.
The concert will be at 17:00 due to performers' commitments.

The concert is by Cesar Velev, violin, accompanied on piano by Zlatelina Kolarova.
Cesar Velev was born in Plovdiv under the name Chavdar, but as he has been working in France for 35 years, he adopted the name Cesar for ease of communication. He graduated from the Dobrin Petkov School of Music and then from the Prof. Dina Schneiderman. He played in her Chamber Orchestra, with which he gave numerous concerts all over the world. She also participated and won a competition for violinists in Lille - France. She has performed on prestigious stages in Europe, Asia and Africa. He gives master classes and teaches at the State Conservatory in Paris. Cesar Velev calls his concert at the library A Musical Journey.
