Anniversary exhibition of painting

On November 2, Aspect Gallery will open the anniversary exhibition of Snezhana Furnadjieva. On the eve of her 70th birthday , at 18.00, we invite all her colleagues and friends to celebrate together the first lady president of the Society of Plovdiv Artists.
In the current exhibition, the artist will present a variety of paintings, a combination of retrospective elements and new explorations related to the dynamics of today, most of them painted specifically for her appearance at Aspect. The viewer will be able to enjoy her experiments with different forms, which, as the artist said, give the paintings even more freedom and at the same time more intimacy. Therefore, the canvases are a kind of compilation of retrospective elements and new searches related to the dynamics of today.
As part of the big anniversary event of Snezhana Furnadjieva, will be the official handing over of the key for the new home of the Society of Plovdiv Artists, the fruit of many years of work and struggles by the author, by the mayor of the Central district - Mr. Georgi Stamenov.
The event officially started at 18.00, and the exhibition can be seen in the halls of Aspect Gallery from 2 to 22 November.
