Jazz musician Peter Salchev presents " Life Lines" in a new album of the same name. The official presentation of the album in Plovdiv is on March 2, 2023 at 9 pm at the Bee Bop Café.

After more than 7 years of recording and publishing activity, filled with a strong focus on live contact with the audience, as a soloist, producer and organizer of numerous projects with a host of prominent Bulgarian and foreign artists from the world stage, today PETAR SALCHEV is naturally ready and presents to his audience and loyal fans a new album with the title LIFE LINES.

The original conception of the project includes captured moments, reflections on the path to self, walked by the artist in an important, interesting and full of sharing stage of his life. All this is multiplied in subtle metaphorical text messages full of joy, pain, love and humanity.

The words are woven into elegant musical lines that together weigh with the kind of power that is only possible from the blending of poetry and music. The soundscape accompanying the lyrics, seemingly dominating the project, is conceived in a delicate fusion - an astonishing fusion between acoustic piano, double bass, percussion, cello and flugelhorn, set in an interesting electronic ambience.

Participants in the project are Petar Salchev - music, lyrics, Kostas Maginas - electronics, guitars and arrangements, Adam Siagas - electro ambience, Rosen Zahariev - trumpet, percussion and Petya Ivanova - lyrics, edits, inspiration.

The music is distributed with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Bulgaria. The new album will also be presented in the cities of Thessaloniki on March 1, Burgas on March 3 and Pleven on September 8.
