On March 1 at 18:00 will open the solo exhibition of the young artist Daniel Kirov "Japan and Friends" - digital graphics. His debut in front of Plovdiv audience will take place in the Mexican Art Permanent Exhibition at the City Gallery of Fine Arts - Plovdiv.
Daniel Kirov paints with tempera, watercolor, oil, graphite. In recent years he has also experimented digitally. The current exhibition is the fruit of his interest in Japanese art and culture. He will present 95 digital prints inspired by the traditional Japanese graphic style "Ukiyo-e".
Daniel was born in 1999 in the town of Yavorov and Nikola Manev - Chirpan.
He has had several solo exhibitions in his hometown. In 2022, he graduated from Paisii Hilendarski University with a degree in Graphic Design with Advertising. He participated in the competitions "The Spirit of Freedom", "Favorite character from a book by a Bulgarian author", Second International Exhibition of Historical Painting "The Bulgarian Alphabet".
His exhibition will last until March 20.
