Regional Natural History Museum Plovdiv
Regional Natural History Museum - Plovdiv is pleased to present the first solo exhibition - painting "NANO" by the young artist Viktor Karabashov
We invite you on March 10, 2023 at 6:30 pm in the exhibition hall of the museum, to meet Victor in person and he will tell you about each of his creations, as well as about his inspiration to embark on the path of creativity.
About the artist:
Victor is from the town of Devin. He is a self-taught artist who has created tons of art. His first artistic manifestations occurred at the age of 5. Starting with drawing cartoons, he then moved on to drawing textiles, mainly clothes, shoes, bags, etc.
After many years he found his great love in art, namely coconut processing. A material 4 times harder than the human skull. Extremely difficult to work. The idea came to him quite by accident while buying products from the vegetable store. That's how he met coconut and a year later he set up his shop in ETSY.
He made quite successful sales all over the world of his famous coconut jewelry and coconut candle holders.
This went on for a full 6 years as Victor managed to send his coconut love pieces as far as New Zealand, France, Italy, Canada, the States and even Vietnam as well as many other parts of the planet.
After the long processing of coconut he decided it was time for something new and so ironically he started decorating boutique cakes, in parallel to this he started his first attempts at painting and creating 3d models out of wood, clay and other types of materials 3 years ago.
He is addicted to CREATING and experimenting with new styles and different materials. He has a passion for totally changing the form and look of his art every few years. This makes him an extremely versatile artist with extensive experience in many artistic mediums.
And now the time has come for him to share with us some of his creations from the last 3 years. This is his first exhibition. It is called "NANO"! And we'll talk more about it and the inspiration that drives it live on March 10, 2023 at 6:30 pm sharp.
