The festival will take place on May 21 at Youth Hill, Plovdiv. The event combines the idea of health, active sport, movement and healthy eating.

The start will be given with registration at 9:30 am in the courtyard of the Faculty of Dental Medicine in front of the central entrance. Those wishing to participate can register at the following link https://mu-plovdiv.bg/walkingfestival/wf2023/ . Registration will also take place on site on Sunday. The start time of the climb is 10:00.

Two routes are planned. For convenience, checkpoints will be set up along the way where students will direct citizens, and a doctor will be provided.

The event will begin with a music program and drone demonstration. For the finale, the organizers have planned a raffle with prizes at 12:00 p.m. again in the courtyard of the Faculty of Dentistry.

The festival is organised at the invitation of the Municipality of Blankenberge, Kingdom of Belgium, where there is now a tradition of holding an International Walking Festival every year for the last 50 years, involving a large number of walking enthusiasts from all over the world.
