The initiator and host of the festival is Art Voices Center Association - Plovdiv. Plovdiv with head Rumiana Ivanova and teachers Eva Palakova, Gergana Fileva, Anastasia Batkova, Alice Toleva, Paula Kutmanova and Evelina Angelova, with the support of Big Band Plovdiv with conductor Nikolay Geshev.

The idea of the Plovdiv StoLitsa of Song Festival is to host some of the most successful vocal schools in Bulgaria, to provide them with a professional stage on which to present their musical and stage program together with the festival orchestra within five days - from 20 to 24 June 2023.

This year the visiting ensembles are among the most attractive, most successful and most outstanding soloists in the country.

21.06.2023 - Park 2019 Trakia district. Concert of soloists and bands from Art Voyce Center Plovdiv. Plovdiv.

22.06.2023 - Kapana. Concert of the guests from Sofia - Victoria Assenova, Maxim Yalnazov - Varna, Vocal School "Septima" - Balchik, Art Voices Center and Big Band Plovdiv.

23.06.2023 - Ribnitsa Park - North district . Concert of guests from Art Center Karnolsky - gr. Sofia, Children's vocal studio "Do re mi" - gr. Art Voices Center and Big Band Plovdiv.

24.06.2023 - The Stairs of Kamenitsa - Central district. Concert of Art Center "Strinjanto", Sofia. Sofia and children's vocal studio "Do re mi" - Sofia. Art Voices Center and Big Band Plovdiv.

All concerts start at 19.00 free entrance.
