YULIAN TABAKOV - GENESIS exhibition cycle

The artist Yulian Tabakov creates GENESIS with his works from the last 7 years, which he presents in a fluid combination against different exhibition spaces in Ruse, Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna.
In Plovdiv, GENESIS will be presented in the exhibition hall "2019" on ul. "Gladstone 32 between 5 July and 3 August and will include works from Portrait of a Dying Titan, Vacuum, stand-alone three-dimensional objects and some of the works created specifically for the series. The opening reception is from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on July 5, 2023.
"GENESIS" is the final installment and also the title of a triptych of the same name along with "Moments" (2015) and "Portrait of a Dying Titan" (2021). The projects are made up of an art series, of which "VACUUM"(2022) is a part - objects and a video installation. "GENESIS" includes works from all the projects in different combinations developed for the specific space...This is my first exhibition series with its own format, which I will re-arrange meaningfully according to the place where it is happening - 4 galleries in 4 Bulgarian cities" - says the author Yuliyan Tabakov about his concept.
