The Orpheus Summer Theatre Movie Nights in Philippopolis program is back for another year. On the outdoor summer stage, you'll be able to watch the latest blockbusters and titles from favorite arthouse directors, as well as the beloved Mountain Cinema selection.
The program begins July 2 at 9:10 p.m. with the latest film in the series about the famous archaeologist, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, starring Harrison Ford. We'll be able to watch the premiere a few more times in the coming weeks.
Next July 3, we'll be able to watch cult art director Wes Anderson's new hit Asteroid City, which is also part of the schedule with a few more screenings.
In its premiere week with several screenings starting July 14, we'll also be able to watch "Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One" with Tom Cruise.
We also won't miss the new title from another cult art director Christopher Nolan: Oppenheimer. The film about the famous physicist will be shown on July 21 and 22.
Also part of the programme are the hilarious female comedies "Adult Book" with Diane Keaton and Jane Fonda and "Mafia Mamma" with Monica Bellucci.
Traditionally, a selection of the BANNF Mountain Film Festival programme - a selection of the most exciting mountain films from the last year - will also be available to watch during the summer screenings at the Orpheus Summer Theatre.
Tickets are 8 BGN with a discount - 7 BGN for students and seniors. The BANNF selection of mountain films is priced BGN 12 / BGN 10 reduced for students and seniors. Ticket office in front of the cinema on Sahat Tepe is open daily from 19:30 to 21:10.
