"The Lord of the Rings" multimedia concert with the participation of world famous musicians- Roman Kim ( violin) , Denitsa Lafchieva ( clarinet) , Alexander Gordon (viola and conductor) and Symphonieta- Vratsa.
The host of the event is the TV face of eternal music in Bulgaria, the opera singer and director Mario Nikolov.
Fantasia "The Lord of the Rings" to music by Howard Shore , a remarkable arrangement by the virtuoso musician Roman Kim for violin, clarinet, viola and symphony orchestra
Fantasia " Lord of the Rings" has been arranged for the world's musicians with the special permission of Howard Shore, composer of the original music for the celebrated film trilogy and Oscar , Grammy and Golden Globe winner. Special attention is given to the viola part. It is well known that the world-famous musician Alexander Gordon (Zemtsov) is both a violist and a conductor and therefore Roman Kipp wrote the viola part so that the performance allows Alexander Gordon to conduct the orchestrators at the same time.
Apart from the fact that the work Fantasia "The Lord of the Rings" will be performed for the first time in Bulgaria, music lovers will have the opportunity to hear the incredible instrument played by the virtuoso Roman Kim. The violin has been specially modified to Roman Kim's taste - it has an embossed fingerboard, the strings are handmade by Mr. Kim and the bow of the violin is longer than the standard models. The material from which it is made is kept a complete secret. Insiders say the bow is made from recycled Barbie dolls. All these improvements allow Roman Kim to sound in a very extraordinary and special way, and the audience will be immersed in the incredible music from the film "Lord of the Rings" with the unique performance of world-renowned musicians - Roman Kim, Denitsa Lafchieva, Alexander Gordon and the Symphony Orchestra of Vratsa
