In November, the Society of Plovdiv Artists presents artists with round and jubilee anniversaries in the collective exhibition "5/6/7" curated by Kostadin Ottonov. It will open on November 10 (Friday) at 18:00 at the Kapana Gallery and will be on view until November 28, 2022. Admission is free.
The youngest among the eleven birthdays is scheduler Panayot Panayotov (50). The graphic designers Krikor Kasapyan and Magardich Kasapyan, the restorer Elena Kantareva – Decheva, who will show projects of church painting, the sculptor Svetlozar Chavdarov, the painters Nikolay Nyagolov and Stoyan Kutsev, the graphic designers Mariana Stankova and Georgi Stankov have completed their sixth decade. Vihra Grigorova (painting) is ahead of them in age, and the organizer of the exhibition - the graphic designer Kostadin Otonov celebrates his 75th anniversary.
The numbers in the title "5/6/7" should be read as milestones in the artistic path of the artists who will delight the Plovdiv public with a wonderful collective exhibition.
The exhibition is realized with the financial support of the Municipality of Plovdiv and is part of its Cultural Calendar for 2023.
