November 15 | 20:30 | Club Fargo - Screening of "Home with Strange Rooms" and an open discussion about portrait cinema with the IPFF team

The International Portrait Film Festival (IPFF) will take place for the fourth year in a row between November 9th and 19th, once again looking for like-minded people who are ready to be drawn into a more unusual cinematic exploration. . With the subtitle "Watching to fall in love", the fourth edition of IPFF will offer connoisseurs of non-commercial art an encounter with short film portraits - with the conviction that each one is worth watching patiently and contemplatively - until discovering the core that hides the thrill of inspiration, the penetration, the catharsis.
Spectators from 4 Bulgarian cities - Sofia, Plovdiv, Veliko Tarnovo and Varna - will be invited to share the main idea of the festival - to rediscover the portrait as a cultural phenomenon through the prism of cinematography. Genre and thematically diverse, the 29 films from
IPFF's official selections come from 17 countries, and their creators - artists with intriguing creative biographies, raise questions about the essence of the person and the state of our human-natural world, with exclamation points for attention and invitations to turn our attention to social causes in need from actions here and now.
On November 15, the IPFF will be visiting Plovdiv, once again enjoying the hosting of its friends and like-minded people from the Fargo Club, within the framework of their "Short Film in Fargo" initiative.
