One of the most famous personalities of the European musical culture of the XVIII-XIX centuries will come alive on stage. An old legend connects the name of Salieri with that of Mozart... To find the meaning of being in music, to ask God to give you the ability to play music and to promise him that you will serve him and glorify him.
Here, contrary to expectations, you will attend Salieri's confession on his last day. You will see his story about the desire to create and the sudden encounter with genius. A representation of rivalry and struggle, a race against time and leaping over human limits, jealousy and despair, the pursuit of glory and a bet with God. A show that will take you through the history of music and introduce you to the secrets of musical harmony, because music plays a major role here. Pianist Ines Simeonova will perform excerpts from Mozart's works on two pianos - "Don Juan", "The Magic Flute", "The Marriage of Figaro", "Requiem", "Mesa", second part of "XXIII Piano Concerto", part of the sonatas.
In addition to them, the audience will hear her performance of the second part of the "Concerto for piano and orchestra" by Antonio Salieri, short excerpts from the works of Handel, J.S. Bach and Chopin.
