The voting for the posters participating in the 6th National Student Competition "Poster - Kostadin Otonov" 2023 was held on November 9 and 10, 2023, through the online evaluation system on the official website of the NHG "Tsanko Lavrenov". The contest is organized by the Tsanko Lavrenov Cultural Center and the Ministry of Culture. Co-organizers are: the Supreme Judicial Council and the Appellate, District and District Prosecutor's Office-Plovdiv. The theme of the sixth edition is "State. Law. Personality".

69 posters by 69 students (aged 14 to 17) from art schools participated in the competition.

The solemn awarding ceremony of the prize-winning participants in the VI National Student Competition "Poster-Kostadin Otonov" and the official opening of the exhibition "Country. Right. Personality" with the competition posters will be held on December 5, 2023 at 12:00 at the Boris Hristov House of Culture, 15 Gladstone St., Plovdiv. The exhibition can be viewed until December 22 at the Boris Hristov House of Culture.

The "Poster - Kostadin Otonov" 2023 competition is realized with the assistance of: the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Appellate, District and District Prosecutor's Office-Plovdiv, the Municipality of Plovdiv, the National Academy of Arts-Sofia, the Academy of music, dance and visual arts-Plovdiv, Veliko Tarnovo University "St. St. Cyril and Methodius", advertising agency "IMPRESS" Ltd., advertising agency "PrintGround" and cultural center "White House".
