Archeology for everyone

We are very happy to share that in March we will present for the first time the second part of our very successful talk "Bread and spectacles: games and entertainment from Antiquity". At the beginning of the event, as before, you will hear a fascinating presentation that will introduce you to some popular games of the past. Later, you will have the opportunity to try your luck in several games from ancient times, the variety of which was taken care of by the tour guide Ivanka Todorova. The event will be held on March 23 at 10:30 a.m.

A part of the reenactments of the historical games were made and provided by the Center for Informal Education and Cultural Activity ALOS with the support of the Ministry of Culture.

The talk will take place in a conference room, but anyone who wants to explore the museum can pay admission and do so. The museum also has entrance only for the temporary exhibitions, worth BGN 2!

We remind you that the working hours of the museum in the month of March are as follows:
from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., every day,
except Sundays and Mondays.
Ticket sales stop at 4:30 p.m.

The regular ticket costs BGN 6, while students and pensioners pay only BGN 2. The museum also has a family ticket of BGN 10, which can be used by families with children up to 16 years. The museum is free for visitors with special needs and children up to 7 years old.
