Dear customers,

On 28.08.2024 at 10:20 a.m. we received the following message from the organizer of Kichka Bodurova - Anniversary concert - Plovdiv, VIA ARS EOOD:

"Dear customers,

Due to reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the concert of Kichka Bodurova in Plovdiv on 11.09.2024 is cancelled.

Ticket return procedure:

Amounts for tickets purchased through the partner network of Eventim.bg are refunded by the specific site from which they were purchased.

In case the tickets were purchased from the Eventim BG website:

- by credit card - must be sent to the central office of Eventim BG - Sofia, 58 "6th September" street and within 7 working days the amount will be refunded to the credit card with which they were purchased. !Tickets purchased with print@home and eticket option are returned by email to [email protected]

- by cash on delivery or by bank transfer - customers must return their tickets by post to the address - Sofia, 58 "6th September" street with a bank account to which the amount will be refunded, along with the name of the account holder and contact phone number.
