On the occasion of the anniversary of the Russian-Ukrainian military conflict, Fulbright Program in Bulgaria organizes a photography exhibition, whose authors are scholarship fellows from Ukraine and the United States. The exposition, already presented to the public in Berlin, Prague, Sofia and Burgas, shines a light upon the bravery and resistance of Ukrainian people in times of turmoil and uncertainty. 

The official opening will be held on 24 April 2024 (Wednesday) at 18:00  in Bishop's Basilica of Philippopolis with special guest Angela Rodel, winner of the International Booker Prize 2023. Entrance is free and guests will be able to visit until 24 May 2024.

The project is organized in assistance of the Ministry of Culture, Municipal Institute “Starinen Plovdiv”, US Embassy in Bulgaria, Program Fulbright Ukraine and the Institute of International Education in Kyiv.
