The Union of Plovdiv Artists presents exhibition "Palette Europe" by Alexander Hristev. The event is on April 26 at 6:00 p.m. in the "Plovdiv" gallery, building of the Municipal Council - Plovdiv at 20 "Avksentiy Veleshki" street.

Born amidst the romance of Paris on September 6, 1976, Alexander Hristev's story is woven with the vibrant threads of French and Bulgarian culture. His father, who acquired French citizenship in 1965, brought a rich tapestry of heritage into their Parisian home. But it was the summers spent exploring Plovdiv, Koprivshtitsa, and the Black Sea shores with his grandmother that ignited Alexander's imagination.

Surrounded by albums brimming with masterpieces and biographies of celebrated artists, his father's talent became a guiding light, marking Alexander's journey from the heart of Paris to the renowned private schools of the city. From the City Hall of the 6th arrondissement, where his first drawing classes sparked passion, to the prestigious halls of academia, Alexander's became a canvas for his dreams, shaping his craft into a lifeline of unwavering dedication. From Ecole Penningen to Atelier La grand Chaumert, each brushstroke carried him closer to his calling. In 1999, the gates of Sorna Paris opened to welcome him—a prestigious institution steeped in a century-old legacy of artistic excellence.

Alexander's talent blossomed on the canvas, earning him solo exhibitions in esteemed venues like the Town Hall of Saint Mande and the MANEV Gallery in Chirpan. His artwork became a bridge between cultures, showcased not only in Parisian galleries but also at international events like the "Salon for Young Artists" and the Art Exhibition of the International Club Lyon, Paris.

Alexander Hristev paints not just pictures, but stories—tales of heritage, passion, and the boundless spirit of creativity that knows no borders.

The exhibition can be viewed until May 12.
