Procedure for ticket refunds:
Amounts for tickets purchased through the partner network of http://Eventim.bg will be refunded at the specific point of purchase.

If the tickets were purchased from the Eventim BG website:

With a credit card: Tickets should be sent to the central office of Eventim BG - Sofia, 58 "6th September" Street, and the amount will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase within 7 working days. Tickets purchased with the print@home and eTicket options should be returned via email to [email protected].
With cash on delivery or by bank transfer: Customers should return their tickets by mail to Sofia, 58 "6th September" Street, along with the bank account number for the refund, the name of the account holder, and a contact phone number.
