"The theater performance 'Ana Bijuto' on June 25 at Orpheus Summer Cinema will not take place. We apologize for the inconvenience. You can return your tickets at the place of purchase until July 3, 2024. Thank you for your understanding."

Ticket Return Procedure:
The amounts for tickets purchased through the Eventim.bg partner network are refunded at the specific location where they were purchased.
If the tickets were purchased from the Eventim BG website:
With a credit card: The tickets should be sent to the central office of Eventim BG - Sofia, 58 6th September Street, and within 7 working days, the amount will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. Tickets purchased with the print@home and eticket options should be returned via email to [email protected].
With cash on delivery or bank transfer: Customers should return their tickets by mail to the address - Sofia, 58 6th September Street, along with a bank account number for the refund, the account holder's name, and a contact phone number.

Final deadline for ticket returns: July 3, 2024, inclusive.
