The 14th edition of the 6Fest Street Arts Festival in Plovdiv continues with a special summer program featuring puppet and improv theater and a carnival on July 19, 20, and 21. Admission is free. The festival is realized with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture and the Municipality of Plovdiv and is part of the city's Cultural Calendar.

The program begins on July 19 (Friday) at 7:00 PM with the show “Circus with Marionettes” by the young actress with the artistic pseudonym Elfira Syncerus (Sofia). The audience at the Viennese Pavilion in Tsar Simeon's Garden will be transported into the world of the circus, where they will be greeted by amusing and memorable marionettes with their own acts – clowning, ballet with magical touches, tightrope walking, and acrobatics.

The first Bulgarian professional troupe for improvisational theater "HaHaHa ImPro" (Sofia) will perform at 6Fest on July 20 (Saturday) at 11:00 AM with the improv show "HaHaHa on a Bench." Look for the actors on a bench in Tsar Simeon's Garden, around the Viennese Pavilion. The performance consists of 5-6 short sketches with audience participation, where the audience provides ideas for the main plots.

A special highlight of the summer program are the two carnival parades, created by the festival itself, 6Fest. Actors from the local theater group "Chameleon" will take part in the performances. The first parade will be on July 20 at 7:30 PM, and the second light parade will be after sunset on the same day, at 9:30 PM. Four whimsical carnival puppets, nearly 4 meters tall, will parade on "Central" Square.

The final event of the summer program is the puppet show “The Brave Tin Soldier” by "Kambana Art" (Sofia) on July 21 (Sunday) at 11:00 AM in Tsar Simeon's Garden. The group was founded by Ekaterina Kazakova, a puppet actress, and director of more than 50 productions. The show, based on Hans Christian Andersen's classic fairy tale about the brave tin soldier and the paper ballerina, is also directed by Ekaterina Kazakova, with scenography by Elfira Syncerus and Mila Dikalova, and music by Nadezhda Miteva.
