"Choco Art" - Chocolate Festival - 05.10.2024 from 10:30 in "Kamenitsa" park, East district

For the second year in a row, we celebrate this sweet temptation - chocolate. For some people, chocolate is just a sweet temptation that they indulge in from time to time. For others, it is almost a religion that they follow wholeheartedly. And like any religion, it deserves its celebrations, events where those captivated by chocolate gather to share their common passion and enjoy it in its most refined forms. On October 5, in the wonderful "Kamenitsa" park, Eastern district, the most distinguished confectioners, chocolatiers and master chefs will gather in one place to demonstrate their skills and recipes subordinated to chocolate. Stands of various producers of chocolate products will be set up in the park.

Throughout the day, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy chocolate in all its dimensions. Works of chocolate, recipes with chocolate, drinks made with chocolate, are just some of the things that everyone attending the festival will have the opportunity to enjoy. The chocolate masters from the "Popimoni" confectionary will make the longest chocolate. All children present at the festival will have the opportunity to taste the giant treat, which will be an incredible 20 meters in size.

From 12:00 p.m., the winner of season 5 of Hell's Kitchen - Stanislav Ivanov - will take a special part in the festival. He will prepare an amazing and innovative recipe for chocolates in front of everyone present.

In the circles of those tempted by the culinary art, chef Radi Stambolov needs no introduction. He is known to the general public as a member of the jury of the first Bulgarian culinary competition "Lord of the chefs" - recognition that the best ones receive. His many years of experience, exceptional gourmet presentations, numerous appearances in television and internet shows, appearances as a presenter at popular culinary events, contribute to making him a favorite of young and old connoisseurs of good cuisine and especially of chocolate. From 4:00 p.m., chef Radi Stambolov will prepare 2,000 portions of chocolate ganache for all those present at the "Choco Art" festival.

Chef Radi Stambolov and his recipe for a happy day: “Make sure no one is watching you. Relax your shoulders. Press a piece of chocolate, from your favorite, between the tongue and the palate. Just take your time. A thick, thick like honey, elixir is poured out. And remember. It doesn't bite. The chocolate is broken by hand."

There are many prizes and various competitions related to the tasty treat. Visitors will also enjoy a musical program. Singer Dara Ekimova will also be a guest of "Choko Art", who will perform in "Kamenitsa" park exactly at 19:00. The singer will take care of the unique atmosphere of the festival. For young and old chocolate fans, a variety of entertainment is provided, selected according to age. The Chocolate Festival - "Choco Art" is with FREE ENTRY.
