A child aged 14 but under 18 is admitted to the event after 22:00 if accompanied by a parent, guardian, custodian or other person caring for him or her, or by another adult of legal capacity.
For each child, a model declaration signed by a parent, guardian, custodian or person who cares for the child is submitted, attesting to the fact that the declarant will accompany the child to the event.
