On 10/23/2024 at 1:36 p.m., we received the following message from the organizer of THE MUSIC OF HOLLYWOOD, State Opera - Plovdiv:
"Dear customers, the concert "Music of Hollywood" on 11.15 will take place at 8 p.m., not at the originally announced time - 7 p.m. Purchased tickets are valid for the new time.
If you are unable to attend the event from 8 p.m., you can return your tickets until 05.11 to the box office from which they were purchased. Thank you for your understanding!

Ticket return procedure:
Amounts for tickets purchased through the partner network of Eventim.bg are refunded by the specific site from which they were purchased.
In case the tickets were purchased from the Eventim BG website:
- by credit card - they must be sent to the central office of Eventim BG - Sofia, 58 "6th September" street and within 7 working days the amount will be refunded to the credit card with which they were purchased. !Tickets purchased with print@home and eticket option are returned by email to [email protected]
- by cash on delivery or by bank transfer - customers must return their tickets by post to the address - Sofia, 58 "6th September" street with a bank account to which the amount will be refunded, along with the name of the account holder and contact phone number.
Deadline for returning tickets: November 5, 2024 incl.
