The International Festival "Balabanov House Music Days", winner of the "Musical Project of the Year" award in the prestigious "Musician of the Year" competition by the Bulgarian National Radio, the "Plovdiv" Award for Music, and the Gold Medal for its contribution to the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the great Bulgarian bass, Boris Hristov, has managed to establish itself as one of the most elite cultural events in Bulgaria, turning its venue into not only a European but also a global stage.
Since its inception in 2010, the festival programme has featured renowned musicians and ensembles with glittering careers. "Balabanov House Music Days" also has a priority that has grown into its mission: to provide a platform for young talents to perform, giving them the rare privilege of sharing the stage with renowned artists. The festival also offers them valuable on-the-spot training through masterclasses led by eminent instrumentalists and teachers.
