The opening of the exhibition will be on March 26th at 12 p.m. in the "Saedinenie" hall of the Regional Historical Museum – Plovdiv.The opening of the exhibition will be on March 26th at 12:00 PM in the "Săedinenie" hall of the Regional Historical Museum – Plovdiv.
The event is organized in collaboration with the Thracian Society "Voyvoda Rusi Slavov" – Plovdiv and the Union of Officers and Sergeants in Reserve and Retired – Plovdiv Municipal Council, on the occasion of March 26th – the Day of Thrace and the celebration of the Second Bulgarian Army, dedicated to the 112th anniversary of the capture of the Edirne Fortress.
The exhibition showcases cold and firearms, orders, military maps, photographs, documents, and artifacts preserved in the collection of the Thracian Society "Voyvoda Rusi Slavov." Among the exhibits, special attention is drawn to the "For Bravery" orders, awarded for exceptional valor and heroism, as well as rare historical maps reflecting the territorial changes of Bulgaria after the wars and international treaties in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
