European Night of Museums 2025 – Plovdiv

For yet another year, Plovdiv’s museums are joining the international initiative European Night of Museums 2025. The 21st edition of the European Night of Museums is an event that takes place in more than 3,000 museums across nearly 30 European countries. On this special occasion, museums open their doors free of charge in the evening and offer a variety of engaging activities for their visitors. In addition to their rich permanent exhibitions, this year the museums, the City Art Gallery, and the Ancient Plovdiv Municipal Institute will present a series of cultural activities and events for both children and adults - all with free admission.
Regional Archaeological Museum – Plovdiv

Permanent exhibition: “Ancient Cultures in the Region of Plovdiv (6th millennium BC – 14th century AD)”
Temporary exhibition: “Discoveries 2024: Archaeology and the Law”

At the “Unification of Bulgaria – 1885” exhibition (1 Saedinenie Square), you can visit the displays: “On the Antiquity of the Fatherland and Bulgarian Deeds” and “Catholics in Bulgaria, 17th–20th Century”
Event: 19:30 – Concert by the early music ensemble Dai Monti Verdi, part of the project “Le printemps – Spring Tour of Cantanti Dai Monti Verdi”
