Festive Concert for May 24th by the "Trakia" Ensemble and the Representative Guards Brass Band

A special festive concert awaits the people of Plovdiv and the city’s guests on May 24th — the Day of Saints Cyril and Methodius, of the Bulgarian alphabet, education and culture, and of Slavic literature.
The festive program organized by the Municipality of Plovdiv, which includes events throughout the day, will conclude with a joint performance by the "Trakia" Ensemble and the Representative Guards Brass Band. Once again, the two renowned groups, which have brought international acclaim to Bulgaria, will share the stage to showcase a unique fusion of their performances.
The program will feature musical pieces from Thrace, Dobrudzha, Strandzha, the Rhodopes, Northern Bulgaria, and Pirin, as well as original compositions by the Representative Guards Brass Band under the baton of Lieutenant Colonel Radi Radev.
