Children's Crafts Fair

The event will give an exciting pre-holiday start to the children’s celebrations on May 31 at the Crafts Street — 1, 1A, 2 and 3 Stramna Street in the Old Town of Plovdiv. Children will have the opportunity to experience the magic of Bulgarian traditions and take part in free demonstrations and hands-on activities led by experienced master craftsmen.
During the fair, visitors will be introduced to the traditional crafts taught at the Plovdiv Craft School, including artistic ceramics and mosaics, artistic woodworking and woodcarving, artistic weaving on a vertical loom, jewelry making, pottery wheel ceramics, icon painting, bakery and confectionery, felt textiles, glass painting, and artistic knitting.

The Children's Crafts Fair is part of the City of Plovdiv's 2026 Cultural Calendar and is organized with the financial support of Plovdiv Municipality.
