Among the renowned Bulgarian artists celebrating milestone anniversaries in 2025, the name of Emil Stoychev stands out. His artistic career reached its peak between the 1970s and 1990s, both in Bulgaria and internationally. He continues to enjoy recognition from critics and art lovers alike in the new century. A significant and productive part of his creative journey has unfolded in France - over the past three decades, he has lived and worked in both Paris and Sofia.
The Plovdiv exhibition presents works exclusively from a private collection. Most of the paintings will be shown to the public for the first time.
The official opening will take place on June 18 at 6 p.m., with the participation of Emil Stoychev.

The exhibition is organized with the support of the Municipality of Plovdiv and is part of the 2025 Cultural Calendar.
