One of the legends of Bulgarian pop music – Mimi Ivanova – will delight the residents and guests of Plovdiv with a grand anniversary concert celebrating 55 years of artistic career.
Mimi Ivanova continues to move us with her sparkling voice; with her, the good times never end. She is a symbol of talent, dedication, and charisma. Over the course of her professional career, the beloved pop singer has left behind dozens of evergreen Bulgarian songs, worthy of inclusion in the "golden collection" of popular music.
A special guest at the "Everybody Loves Mimi" concert will be her niece, DesiSlava, who performs songs from the repertoire of the iconic duo. The Plovdiv audience will also enjoy a performance by jazz legend Mimi Nikolova, who will touch listeners with “Zamalchi, zamalchi” (“Be Silent, Be Silent”) and another song from the catalog of Razvigor and Mimi Ivanova. The event will also feature vocal group Masterpiece, Viva Ballet, and live band accompaniment.
